Announcing "Such Pretty Houses"

BROOKLYN, NY - Whale Heart Records is happy to announce their latest release from Atlanta recording artist Little Horn entitled "Such Pretty Houses". This is first release full-length release from Little Horn, a moniker for multi-instrumentalist Keith Forrester. The Little Horn project was born from a guitar picking session in Alabama at Keith's old friend Daniel Bellury's uncle's farm. It was there that Bellury noticed Keith's singing voice and prodded him to get into the studio and record.

A few months later, Keith took Daniel up on offer and the two of them headed to Athens, Alabama to work with Daniel Whitt at Metaltern Studios. With Whitt and Bellury co-producing and adding additional arrangements to Keith's songs, they crafted an intimate album anchored on his mastery of the acoustic guitar and his husky yet sometimes frail voice.

"Such Pretty Houses" is a rare gem in a rough over populated terrain of singer/songwriters. Set apart by heartfelt stories about heartbreak, anger and fatherhood mixed with ambient soundscapes and delicate arrangements. Recommended for fans of Bon Iver, Kurt Vile, Red House Painters and Woven Hand.
